Fitness Test, Take 2

I have been following the workouts on Bodyrock for their 30 Day Challenge.  Today they had me do the fitness test that I did when I first started to gauge my progress.  I thought it was too early to go back to it again, but whatever.  Here are my numbers from January 3rd followed by my numbers from January 19th.
Squat Jumps - 27 - 28
Push Ups - 33 - 35
Burpees - 11 - 12
High Knees - ~110 - 126
Switch Lunges - 21 - 18
Tuck Jumps - 16 - 24
Sit Ups - 28 - 38
Except for the Switch Lunges, I made progress in every exercise.  The problem was that this was supposed to be a Monday workout, which would have followed 2 days of rest.  I don’t like excuses, but they blasted my quads yesterday with 100 weighted body squats and 100 weighted lunge kicks, so the Switch Lunges were near impossible.  I ended up sandbagging the Switch Lunges a bit, which allowed me to crush the final two exercises.
I look forward to doing the fit test at the end of the 30 days with at least a day rest leading up to it for a true measure of my fitness.
