Dips out for now, Pullups way in

The dips were injuring my shoulder. I tried to decrease the frequency to help me heal. I was doing at least a set of dips every day. Then I was doing it about every other day or so. Shoulder was still not healing, so I have cut them out for now. In their place, I have decided to take the 50 Pull Ups Challenge
I just started, but I’m seeing improvement in my technique. Now that I am incorporating different grips, specifically the Neutral grip, I am challenging my body in different ways to achieve my goal of added strength. I’ll post a follow up to track my progress.
