BodyRock, Pinterest

I found a new source for workouts plus a new way to share them. First, I have discovered BodyRock.tv. This site is managed by a few ab-tastic specimen that offer up new workouts all the time. The workouts are right in my wheelhouse in terms of time (very short), equipment (hardly any) and intensity (off the charts). So far I have been doing these workouts for 2 weeks, doing about 5 different workout routines. I do not feel locked into a certain regimen either. Their site is full of workouts. They do focus on some equipment like dip stands, sand bags and exercise balls, but they always offer body weight alternatives.
The next new obsession is Pinterest. Pinterest is a bookmark sharing site organized into categories, which can be customized. I have loved reading the Fitness section which is full of tips, motivations, workouts and ideas. I have started to log the Bodyrock workouts I do here.
The combination of Bodyrock and Pinterest has motivated me like never before. I have always been motivated to at least workout, now I am motivated to workout as much as I can, as intense as I can and keep track of my progress. Those are all new to me and I love it.
