Workout Source Change

I had been using workouts from Bodyrock for quite some time now. While they have been fine, I rediscovered Zuzana, which ironically was the reason I started using Bodyrock in the first place. Her YouTube channel is full of several different and most importantly, efficient workouts.
Whether its for the better or for the sake of change, I have enjoyed the change. However, with so many “landing” exercises where there is impact from jumping/landing, my shins have started to complain to me. I will give the jump ropes, jump squats and switch lunges a break until my legs feel a little better.
I have to remember to do things in moderation. I had been doing these Zuzana workouts every day without any days of rest. We’ll see if including some rest days makes things a little better.
